Are you ready to break into the world of digital marketing and e-commerce? Whether you're starting fresh or pivoting your career, this Google Career Certificate program offers the skills and credentials to launch your journey. Through our guided cohort, you'll gain hands-on experience with real-world tools like Canva, Shopify, Google Ads, and more while building job-ready skills in:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Email and social media marketing

  • Marketing analytics and customer engagement

  • E-commerce strategy, product listing, and order fulfillment

This program is perfect for aspiring marketers, creatives, career changers, or entrepreneurs looking to promote their business online.

Dates: Training from September 8th - November 20th.

  • Monday - Wednesday: 9am - 12pm, Thursday: 9am - 2pm,

  • Internships: January - April

Time Commitment: 20-30 hours a week, including class time and personal work time on assignments.

Please note that this is a hybrid program and will require meeting in-person in Saint Paul once a week (subject to change).

Cost: Free for eligible participants - This is a stipend based program. Eligible participants will receive a stipend while participating in the program.

Eligibility:

  • Ramsey County residents and currently living in Ramsey County

  • 18 to 30 years old at the start of their chosen training program

  • Un- or under-employed** and available to work

  • Passionate about technology and pursuing a career in tech

This program is part a Learn and Earn program, meaning that stipends are offered during the program and the opportunity to do a paid internship after completion of the program. Spots are limited. Apply now to start the process!

**Underemployed refers to individuals who are working in jobs that do not fully utilize their education or experience. It can also describe situations where people are working part-time when they desire full-time employment or are in temporary or low-paying positions despite having qualifications for higher-level roles. Underemployment highlights a mismatch between a worker's abilities and the demands or opportunities of their current job.
